International Scientific Advisory Panel

Since 2006, NECTEC has initially set up the programme of the International Scientific Advisory Panel (ISAP) with the main purpose of strengthening the research and development in electronics and computer technologies in the country and enhancing its capacity into the world class level. The experts from relevant disciplines and different countries were invited to join the ISAP for their advices on NECTEC's technological research and development that responds to the regional/global priorities and needs.

The year 2011 was marked as a special occasion for NECTEC due to its 25th anniversary of the establishment. On 12-13 September 2011 NECTEC will organise the ISAP 2011 event at NECTEC Building, Thailand Science Park. The major purpose of NECTEC ISAP 2011 is aimed to raise the capacity of NECTEC laboratories and researchers into the international level. In addition, the discussion and sharing of experiences between the invited experts and NECTEC Executives and researchers are encouraged during the period of NECTEC ISAP 2011.
