What is e-Government?
E-Government refers to
the use of
information and communications technologies (ICT)
to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, transparency and accountability of government.

What is e-Government?
Permanent commitment by government to
improve the relationship between the private citizen and the public sector through enhanced, cost-effective  and efficient delivery of services, information and knowledge.
It is the practical realization of the best that the government has to offer.
