Prof. Bai Chun Li, President of CAS and witnessed the signing ceremony of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in the field of Crop Monitoring and Precision Agriculture between National Electronics and Computer Technology Center (NECTEC), National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), and Institute of Remote Sensing and Digital Earth (RADI), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS).<\/p><p>On the 4th of April 2018, all delegation jointly welcomed Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Srindhorn to the opening ceremony of the Office of Science and Technology in Beijing, the People\u2019s Republic of China at the Royal Thai Embassy.
