The main activities of the research team include;<\/p><ol><li>Research and development of process technology and semiconductor devices such as sensors based on TMEC\u2019s Cleanroom Facilities and Process Equipment.<\/li><li>Research and development of integrated circuits for application as sensor interfacing circuit e.g. chemical- and bio-sensor readout IC<\/li><li>Research and development of device model for simulation of microelectronics device<\/li><li>Research and development of the system, equipment, and method for test and characterization of microelectronics devices and
