The project, titled \u201cEnhancing Computational Skills for Students in Mekong Countries and the Republic of Korea through Coding, IoT, and AI Learning\u201d (CAIoT4CT) secured funding of $486,454 from the MKCF.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-22355\" src=\"http:\/\/www.nectec.or.th\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/mkcf2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1477\" height=\"1108\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.nectec.or.th\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/mkcf2.jpg 1477w, https:\/\/www.nectec.or.th\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/mkcf2-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.nectec.or.th\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/mkcf2-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.nectec.or.th\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/mkcf2-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1477px) 100vw, 1477px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A hybrid meeting was held on August 15, 2025, to kick off the project, led by NECTEC&#8217;s Educational Technology Research Team. Participants from the Republic of Korea and CLMV (Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Vietnam) joined the active discussion. NECTEC welcomed Mr. Madhurjya K. Dutta, Director of the MKCF, to the meeting.<\/p>\n<p>The project aims to equip students in the region with essential skills in Coding, the Internet of Things (IoT), and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Rather than directly training students, the initiative will focus on a train-the-trainer model, providing teachers with the necessary knowledge and tools.
