MEL805x High Speed Microcontroller core

MEL805x is a 8-bit microcontroller which is compatible with MCS51 family. MEL805x has the advantage that it runs 3-time faster than ordinary 8051. In the first phase we had already designed the processor core, and fabricated with 0.5 ?m CMOS technology via Europractice service. Currently we are in the second revision of the design involving the processor core improvement and peripheral design.
