Help me please, my problem is the same to Mr. Juckavanh (sorry if it wrong) so, my computer can not connect to internet, i have to severs, the first one for Proxy and another one for firewall, i can ping proxy but can not for firewall, ok that is not problem cause we don't open that service, so i think the problem is firewall, so how can i solve that problem, so i want to reinstall Linux for firewall but i don't know how can i do, please help me step by step, thank you for advance
