Thirty leading members of Parliament had their Internet Briefing at NECTEC
on 21st May, 1996. The special course was conducted jointly between the
Parliament Computer Center, NECTEC and Internet Thailand Service Center.
One-hundred and twenty more members will be joining a subsequent series
of training later in May and early June. Internet node for the Parliament
went online on experrimental basis since 1995. With the new year's budget,
it iss expected that the Parliament Internet node will be in full service
for her 600 members from both the upper house and the lower house.
