ระบบจ่ายชิ้นงาน (Distributing) ทําหน้าที่จ่ายชิ้นงานประเภทต่างๆ ไปยังสถานีจําแนก 

A2. ระบบจําแนกชิ้นงาน (Classifying)

ระบบจําแนกชิ้นงาน (Classifying) ทําหน้าที่จําแนกชนิดชิ้นงานตามสี ด้วยเซนเซอร์ 4 ประเภท ได้แก่ (1) Capacitive sensor (2) Flat type Proximity sensor (3) Fiber Optic Sensor (4) และวัดขนาดด้วย Rectilinear Transducer sensor

A3. ระบบประกอบชิ้นงาน (Assembling)

ระบบประกอบชิ้นงาน (Assembling) ทําหน้าที่ประกอบชิ้นส่วน

A4. ระบบจัดเรียงชิ้นงาน (Sorting)

ระบบจัดเรียงชิ้นงาน (Sorting) ทําหน้าที่จัดเรียงชนิดของชิ้นงานให้ถูกต้องด้วยการอ่าน QR Code

A5. ระบบประกอบชิ้นงานด้วยหุ่นยนต์ (Robot Assembly)

ระบบประกอบชิ้นงานด้วยหุ่นยนต์ (Robot Assembly) ทําหน้าที่ประกอบชิ้นงานด้วยหุ่นยนต์และตรวจสอบคุณภาพด้วย Vision camera

A6. ระบบคลังสินค้าอัตโนมัติ Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS)

ระบบคลังสินค้าอัตโนมัติ Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) ทําหน้าที่จัดเก็บและส่งชิ้นงานด้วยรหัส QR Code

A7. ระบบจ่ายและเก็บคืนชิ้นงาน (Loading and Unloading)

ระบบจ่ายและเก็บคืนชิ้นงาน (Loading and Unloading) ทําหน้าที่ส่งชิ้นงานและบันทึกการเบิกจ่าย

A8. ระบบสายพานลำเลียง (Conveyor)

ระบบสายพานลำเลียง (Conveyor) ทําหน้าที่รับและลําเลียงชิ้นงานไปยังสถานีต่างๆ ตามที่โปรแกรมกําหนด สามารถส่งถ่ายชิ้นงานถึงกันด้วยระบบ Transfer Slide Cylinder

  • SCADA ทำหน้าที่แสดงผลและรับคำสั่งควบคุมการผลิต 
  • OEE ทำหน้าที่วัดประสิทธิผลโดยรวมของเครื่องจักร
