Nanoelectronics and MEMS Laboratory (MEMS Lab.) was established under the National Electronics and Computer Technology Center (NECTEC). The main objectives are to induce dynamics in R&D and applications of Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS) including nanotechnology in order to support technology development and adoption in electronics such as nanosensor, Lab-on-a-chip, microfabrication, and MEMS devices.
