Dear Colleagues,

     We received 244 paper submissions for ICCE2011 (168 full papers, 53 short papers and 23 poster papers). Thoroughly, all papers were subjected to a rigorous review process. These papers were meticulously meta-reviewed by the Executive Co-Chairs and Co-Chairs of the respective sub-conference. We are pleased to inform you that we finally accepted 39 full papers, 90 short papers and 58 poster papers as shown in the first table. In Table C1 - C6, the acceptance rate of full papers for each sub-conference is below 26%. Visibly clear, this is the testimony to the quality of our conference.
